We are very excited to announce that JCL has received approval for its Action Plan by the CPSC on September 18 2009. What this means to our dealers is that JCL will provide models to cover the needs if all different age group end customers and everything from JCL will be compliant according to the new CPSC regulations. All JCL end customers can now register and participate in our ATV field safe riding training through ASI’s ATV Safety training course.
Beside the training course, the end customers who attend this training course and provide JCL with proof of completion will receive an incentive award for up to $100.00
JCL/ASI ATV Safety Training Policy
1. All JCL product owners are entitled to receive free ATV safe ride field training, provide the dealer supply JCL with the accurate VIN number of the vehicle upon sale.
2. Our dealers will help JCL product owner’s enrollment on the ASI web site (https://online.svia.org/training/Enroll/EnrollIntro.aspx)
3. JCL will notify ASI for this ATV training enrollment and ASI will confirm with the product owner directly for training location and schedule.
4. Upon completion of the training and the product owner provides JCL with proof of completion, ASI will issue a rebate check of $100.00 to the product owner. (sample as below)

Below are some important tips to remember:
Always wear protective gear, such as a helmet, gloves, long pants & a long sleeved shirt or jacket.
Make certain you are riding an age appropriate ATV.
All riders under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult.
ATVs are not to be operated on public or paved roads.
Always operate your ATV at a safe rate of speed.
Never allow a passenger on a single-rider ATV.
Never operate an ATV while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Always check with your state & local vehicle enforcement agencies for specific ATV regulations.
